We had a wonderful time! The property was nicely situated with a beautiful view of the lake. As you can imagine, NY can be chilly in November. We were able to stay cozy with the fireplace! There was plenty of room for us to eat our meals together, play boardgames, and work on our other hobbies.

Nice place

Great place to stay. Had our whole family here.Something i liked about this place was that it was truly rural and private feeling. We did not see a single person utilize the lake aside from our group the entire time we were there.We saw a bald eagle!Everything worked as expected - A/C, kitchen, lights etc.Message to the owners you guys really should consider replacing the foose ball table, that thing is junk. Overall highly recommend staying here.

Just what we needed

Serene - Isolated - Cozy. Although the weather was pretty cold still, we were not deprived from the warmth and coziness of the fireplace. The house is loaded with things to do inside and out which makes it super perfect for family and friends. My favorite highlights are s’mores by fireplace, pool table, kayak, stargazing, deck w a view of lake. Mike was super responsive which makes everything better!

What a Great Place!

My family and I loved our time at this beautiful home. The setting could not have been better. In the morning we enjoyed coffee out on the deck which overlooks a lake. In the evening we sat around the firepit. There were seven of us plus our family dog, Duke. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommended!

Weekend Getaway

We had a weekend getaway with three families, 6 adults and 6 kids. The home is absolutely gorgeous! We went in the fall and the colors on the trees were changing so the views everywhere were perfect. The kids loved the pool and foosball tables downstairs and basically took over that whole area as theirs. The grownups enjoyed hanging out around the fire pit or fireplace and playing games we brought around the large kitchen table. The kayaks they had available for use were great and the kids really enjoyed going out on the lake. Lots of time was spent fishing as well. It was really a wonderful trip and we already want to go back!!

Beautiful house and location

We loved our stay at Michael's house. The place is large and well equipped, with outdoor grill and lots of kitchen items. The games room is super nice to have, and the lake in front of the house is beautiful.

Quick Getaway

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cabin with another family and our three beloved dogs, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. First and foremost, cleanliness is paramount to us, and we were thrilled to find the cabin immaculately maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. The spacious layout accommodated both families comfortably, allowing for privacy when needed but also fostering an atmosphere of togetherness. One of our only regrets is not being able to spend more time in the house itself! However, every moment spent in the cabin was cherished. The cozy living room provided the perfect setting for bonding over board games and laughter, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze. Although we didn't have the chance to make a fire during our stay or visit the lake, we can only imagine how magical it would have been to gather around the fireplace on a chilly evening. Furthermore, the pet-friendly policy was a huge plus for us, as our dogs are an integral part of our family. It truly was a memorable experience for both humans and furry friends alike. We can't wait to return and create even more cherished memories in this delightful retreat. Five stars all around!

3 Sisters and their families- perfect winter getaway

This house has stunning views and coming from suburbia it really felt like we were in private seclusion in the gorgeous home on the lake! The house was large enough to fit 12 of us comfortably with adults and children ranging down to 8 years old. The layout of the home is perfect, nice areas to congregate in, the pool table and foosball were fun for all, we loved gathering around the warm fireplace. Spacious stocked kitchen to cook in, enough dishes for our group! Our trip was on the shorter side, we went skiing and tubing and our only wish is that we could have stayed longer! We will be back in ths summertime for another family trip!

Enjoyed a wonderful fall time getaway with our big family at this beautiful cabin. Private, spacious, and bright; it was equipped with all the basic necessities. The cabin was very clean and all the linens and towels smelled fresh. Great views of the mountains, the lake, and all the trees in their autumnal glory! The kayaks and fire pit were a great bonus and enjoyed by the entire family.

Beautiful Getaway

This house was perfect for a weekend escape. There was plenty of room to accommodate my family of four and another family of four. Our children LOVED the pool table and sleigh riding outside. The adults enjoyed the fireplace and relaxing. The kitchen has lots of tools for cooking. Every room was nice and clean! We will be back again to enjoy the lake when there is warmer weather! Thank you Micheal for being a great host!
