"Superbe maison à moins de 2 minutes de la mer à pied. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines à 7 en famille. L’ensemble des photos sont conformes au descriptif !La maison est très bien équipée, grande, en parfait état. Piscine chauffée, cuisine équipée, bonne literie dans l’ensemble des chambres. Et un accueil direct par le propriétaire qui est toujours disponible et très sympathique : c’est super. "

It was in a great location for us-1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to two grocery stores, 10 min walk to lots of restraints and shopping, 15 min walk to the train at Nice-Ville. There are three awesome bakeries next door or close by. The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was great. No issues at all and Andrea was great to deal with. "

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben meist dort gekocht. In den meisten anderen Ferienhäusern war dies beschwerlich, hier hat man alles. Lediglich die Küchenmesser könnten schärfer sein, aber das ist keine Kritik. Selbst ein Grill war vorhanden, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Die Vermieter leben nebenan und sind sehr herzlich. Sie sind bei Fragen immer da, geben einem aber alle Privatsphäre. Die Anreise mit dem Zug klappt...

The kitchen is well stocked with all the glasses, crockery, cooking pans etc everything you need. Such a friendly host met us on arrival and departure. will come again. Thank you."
