“Thank you for a great stay.”

“As expected and described”

“Such a great condo! Lots of space and immaculate. Host thought of all the little things (clothing rack in laundry area for hanging damp clothes, even dryer balls! Coffee pods and creamer, cutting boards and sharp knives) Perfect location to south campus near athletic facilities and the Big House! I would definitely recommend paying to park in the garage, street parking is very limited. Also, LOTS of steps, so keep that in mind. Host was excellent with communication. We would definitely……

“Great location and very nice hotel. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy! Lots of choices for breakfast ”

“Exceptional stay! Excellent communication, thoughtful attention to detail, and impeccable cleanliness. It felt like staying at a luxury spa, just without the massage! Highly recommend!”

“Great location. Just like being at home.”

“Horrible! Never stayed in any place that was so filthy. Should never be rented out. No bowls or utensils. No screens on the windows but most did not open anyway. The carpet was so dirty it crunched when we walked on it. The beds were old and extremely uncomfortable. The ceiling in one of the bedrooms was sagging, cracking and appears to be close to falling down. Only 3 chairs for the dining table. 1 side chair and stool were too wobbly to use. Old food in the refrigerator and cupboards. The……

“Stayed here with my kid to go to a concert at little Caesars arena. The place so clean and smelled great. Having parking included was so great”

“The property was great. The only complaint was no on-site parking, but Sean recommended a local parking garage a block away. This is a perfect spot for your Pistons, Redwings, Tigers or concerts/shows at the Fillmore as they’re about an eight minute walk.”

“Everything was excellent for me”

“Very clean, nice place to stay. Good location, close to Pine Knob.”

“Stayed here for a guys weekend in Detroit and was a great location for us. Close to the interstates, downtown and Woodward Ave. We didn't go to an event at Little Caesars Arenas, however it was a very safe and short walk to get over there. The views of downtown were spectacular. The one car garage parking was great to have, it was a very tight squeeze for a full sized SUV (Jeep Wagoneer) but we made it work. The penthouse was very clean and modern with a good compliment of kitchen utensils and……

“Beautiful suite, perfect for our family of 4 with two young kids! Note: No stove, just a microwave in the kitchenette. Easy to walk to cute downtown Clarkston, took us about 10 mins at a leisurely pace.”

“We stayed in three of the spaces at the Millpond Inn for four nights while attending a family wedding. It was absolutely perfect, allowing for ample individual privacy as well as spacious communal gathering areas. We will definitely stay here again! Great communication in the time leading up to and during the stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment!”
