“Everything was perfect!”

“Overall, a great little condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was expeditious and prompt. Located close to the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. A couple of things that could be improved — 1) one of the twin mattresses was squeaky when moving during sleep. 2) the door to the building was always unlocked so anybody could go in and out. These issues were minor and I would definitely stay at Kim’s condo again.”

“Loved the location of this little studio! It was easy to get into Ann Arbor and we enjoyed an evening in Brighton as well. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog. The host is extremely accommodating. It was quiet, private and very clean. The little toiletries were an unexpected nice touch too! Thank you!”

“The loft is adorable in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the University of Michigan campus. The loft was neat and clean with just about everything we needed (a couple of wine glasses would have been an added bonus). The bathroom had an amazing large shower with awesome water pressure. Note that there is not an actual kitchen, but there was the convenience of a microwave, coffee pot, and small refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable. “Great place for our stay in Ann Arbor!”

“Overall it worked well. We just needed somewhere to stay for one night and it worked. The only criticism I would have really is the temperature. Upstairs was very very hot which for me made it semi difficult to sleep but overall nice property in a good area.”

“The check-in process was easy and so quick! Upon arrival, we found our parking spot and we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the apartment was. It was very clean and spacious; the decorations were very pretty. I appreciated all the amenities, such as kitchen supplies and towels for both the bathroom and kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and so big! Overall, the apartment was soooo nice. We really loved our stay and would love to stay again.”

“The space seemed significantly larger than it appeared in the pictures. All contact surfaces were clean. There was a nice variety of beverages and snacks provided... Which was appreciated. Walking distance from most anything needed. There were a few noisy people that hung out on the street a couple of nights... “Beautifully kept, very clean and modern, great appliances, everything you need.”

“This little place packs everything you need for your stay into a studio apartment. The kitchenette was perfect for heating up leftovers or having an easy breakfast. The Murphy bed is very tall but so comfortable. The linens are so soft! The bathroom was really clean and had a lot of nice natural light during the day. This is the best decorated rental I’ve ever stayed in. So cozy and welcoming. The hosts were very communicative and allowed me to bring my toddler last minute. Can’t say enough good……
