“Incredible host, very responsive and kind! Perfect location! Amazing grocery store just across the street! Gym is free with sign up and a short walk away. Check out is earlier than I realized (well before 11am), yet the host was understanding and gracious. The only concern I had during my stay was a couple that was incredibly loud all night and until much past 3am; again, the host was kind in offering apologies for said. “This was a wonderful location to spend a few days in Ann Arbor. I was there for a conference that was being held in the Student Union at the university. It was perfectly situated in an area with everything you could possibly need from retail to wonderful restaurants to quaint shops. My only caution would be that there is a very steep stairwell to access the residence. This wasn’t a problem but could be an issue if you are traveling with someone that has mobility challenges.
