“Please note this hotel is on a third floor of a building. There is no ground floor. You will need to go up 3 flights of stairs to reach the hotel floor. This was not disclosed anywhere in the listing and when I reached out to the hotel about it they offered no apologies or resolution. They left my messages on read and my mother and I had to stay somewhere else.”

“Awesome location and made everything really easy to get to and see. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with holding our luggage even after checkout so we can explore more of the wonderful city that is Seville.”

“It’s not a hotel, but rooms. Location is excellent in Gothic quarter, plaça Catalunya 1 min, access to metro. Walk distance to the Cathedrals, Palau de la Musica, even Sagrada Familia it’s just 30 min walk. The room is a bit small for 3 people, but if you are going to walk all day its normal Clean towels every day One big problem is bathroom First the door is from glass and there’s gap so you can see and hear everything. Second is the smell comes from bathroom Overall, it’s a no frills room They……
