“It was about a 10 minute drive to reach from San Sebastian. It is located in a warehouse in an industrial part of the Astigarra suburb, about a mile (1.5km) from any shops or restaurants. Once you get inside the old warehouse, it looks much more like a normal hotel (though with an unusual layout). The room itself was very comfortable and, due to its location, very quiet at night. They ask you to pre-check in online, which is a bit cumbersome, but leads to very quick check-in once you are……

“It’s a nice place to stay for one or two day, Good location, seems safe. Facilities good enough but it was quite noisy in this hostel. Room to room seems no Sound insulation. Staffs are nice, they give you help if you ask for it. Other then that everything are good enough. ”

“Check-in und Check-out super einfach. Das Zimmer war gut und mit Waschbecken, Spiegel, Stuhl, großem Schrank, TV und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Was nicht gut war, war, dass die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Also konnte ich sie nur mit dem Knopf aus- und einschalten. Die Bäder sind gut und sauber, und was gut ist, ist, dass es keine Bäder mit mehreren Kabinen gibt, sondern Einzelkabinen. Ein Stern abgezogen, weil die Zimmertüren nicht schallgedämmt sind. Da hört man alles,……

“Excellent location. The check in can be a bit confusing and the main entrance a bit shady but once inside the main floor, the place is very well maintained, clean, prime location and attentive staff. They even provide you with complimentary water, juice, coffe and snacks. Highly recommended”

“Un hotel bien situado, no apto para personas que no dominan las aplicaciones web. Espacios muy pequeños tanto en escaleras como en su baño. Una persona grande o gruesa no pasa definitivamente. Lo otro que me desagrado y mucho es que pagas por in servicio de cambio de toalla, que no es caro, pero te envían recibo y todo y la toalla nunca llegó. Cuando reclamas comienza el ir y venir y nunca se hacen responsables porque según ellos tienes que entender que no tienen personal allí físico porque……
