"Room not available on arrival for 'guaranteed 'availability at 4pm for dinner we're offered a table at access door unruly children going in and out our orders both starters and mains were wrong eventually had to speak to manager ordered room service breakfast our order card was lost hence no breakfast arrived had to ring to get it delivered arrived cold no salt or pepper"

"While the host was very responsive, the heat was out and was not repaired during our stay. Elisa brought 2 space heaters over but one only worked for a short time & then quit. There was hot water and the kitchen was stocked. The dishwasher was not working but the laundry and dryer did work. The renovations to the part of the house looked amateurish. I couldn’t tell whether it was mold or dirt or ill - finished paint on parts of the floor & ceiling. It was a short drive to Galway. Elisa did refund us one nights stay & did offer a full refund if we left after the first night. However, as it was a Saturday most every place in Galway was booked so we stayed the 2nd night. I would not stay there again."

"Wir haben unsere Zeit hier für unsere Hochzeitsgäste und uns gemietet. Deirdre ist eine sehr liebevolle, herzliche und hilfsbereite Person und stand uns rund um die Uhr bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Danke für das Willkommensgeschenk und das Hochzeitsgeschenk. Haben damit überhaupt nicht gerechnet. Danke In 10 Jahren nehmen wir uns vor, nochmal mit der Familie zu Euch zu reisen. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, groß und mit genügend Badezimmern ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich super gepflegt und liebevoll, insbesondere für Hochzeitsfotos hergerichtet. Es gab Probleme bei der Sauberkeit und der Ausstattung der Küche, diese wurden angesprochen und Deirdre hat sofort eine Lösung parat gehabt und war sehr bemüht. Alles Liebe und danke für alles. 﫶"

"There are (almost) no words for how magical a place this is. Eleanor met us after a very long and stressful travel day with warm words and a welcoming smile. The lad of Cnon Suain unfolded before us in the morning, with big ponies, wildlife, blooming gorse and even a standing stone.This is the perfect little hidden away base for exploring the extraordinary Connemara area. If you’re unsure where to start, Eleanor has an entire binder full of recommendations - choose an adventure and get stuck in. "

"We both had a wonderful 1 year wedding anniversary stay here! Joyce was a fantastic host and made us and our 2 dogs feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The mountains and ocean was visible from our bedroom in the distance. The apartment was spotless clean. Joyce had champagne and an anniversary card on the kitchen table when we arrived which we thought was a very kind gesture. Padracin pub and restaurant was a 5 minute walk from apartment, their food and drink was top notch! Galway city was a short 20 minute drive, which was handy. We explored one of the Arran islands (inis mor), it was only a 30 minute drive to the docks. Highly reccomend staying at this apartment, we’ll hopefully get a trip out again sometime Courtney and Chris x"
