Cosy, rustic house "Altes Taubenhaus", 3 storeys, renovated in 2021. 14 km from the centre of Grimmen, on the outskirts, 40 km from the centre of Stralsund, 65 km from the centre of Rostock, 45 km from the sea, 32 km of lagoon, in the countryside. For shared use: park 17 ha with flowers and trees, meadow, natural pond. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 12 km, restaurant 12 km, sandy beach "Dierhagen (Fischland)" 45 km, indoor swimming pool 40 km. Nearby attractions: Ozeaneum Stralsund 45 km, Halbinsel Fischland/Darß/Zingst 45 km, Insel Rügen 50 km, Insel Usedom 90 km. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. On the estate animal husbandry. The owner lives on the same property. Property ref. DE9220.100.1 is situated on the same property. The owner keeps pigeons, peacocks and geese.
