Wonderful pool with a waterfall, an excellent place for kids and dogs. Our dog friendly room had a sliding door which opened to an area with a lawn. Facility had laundry, gym, and a restaurant with indoor and out door seating. Only issues were that we were placed right next to the ice maker and vending machines. The fridge and AC were incredibly loud and the ceiling air intake for the AC, constantly dripped water which pooled on the rug below it, making the room smell musty. Outside was wonderful, waking trials to a huge playground, wonderful river scenery, and near by restaurants and shops.

Only positive things to say. Location is great. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. I went for a concert at the Spokane Povalian and it was a nice quick walk to the venue. Also it's a nice walk in the park to downtown. Decent value for money. I will definitely stay there again. If I was going to be really picky the only thing I would say is the bathroom door is pretty narrow, but it was not an issue by any means.

The location was excellent The dining room food was good but service was terrible. There was no indication of when room was to be cleaned and after several phone calls and trips to the front desk our room was only replenished of towels and one coffee cup at 7 pm. The room was never fully freshened up not sheets changed. Only upon inquiries was I told it was every 3 days. Outside food and drinks were not allowed at the pool area but we seemed to be the only ones following this rule. Coolers and glass bottles were everywhere. We left for lunch inside and found our chairs and towels taken when we returned. Every day I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and there never seemed to be any. Also wondering why you would have black metal lounge chairs that sit in the sun all day

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. The pool was a big draw for us and really made our stay great. The only quirky thing about the room was the shower “door.” It only extended halfway across the shower, so the floor ended up very wet. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Due to the IT outage we were unable to check in immediately. It took a long time in a very cold lobby. It was unacceptable. No compensation or breakfast vouchers were even offered.

There seemed to be a lack of supervision at the pool; teenagers without adults, no clean towels available, had towels and chairs not picked up or organized during the day. Seemed as though there was a lack of staff throughout the hotel. Room was nice a quiet. Location was convenient to park and downtown shopping.

We stayed 3 nights and our room was not serviced once. I did not receive instructions to request it so I don’t know why. On one of the busiest weekends in Spokane, the coffee counter was only staffed with one person so it took 20 to 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Both Friday and Saturday nights I know people who waited an hour and a half to get their food for dinner.
