- Come and stay at this gorgeous unit # 611-1/ 2 of a upstair studio that is a part of historic Spokane in the early 1900’s, previously known as the Monroe House Servant’s Quarters, located in lower South Hill. This 1-bedroom apartment offers Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven. Fresh towels, bed linen and toiletries are offered. Two free parking spaces are located behind the home as well as on-street parking. The Sacred Hearts Medical Center and Shriner’s Hospitals for Children are right down the street.
