I reserved a room through Expedia and after getting there i noticed several people were having issues. After finally getting my room, i went to the door, used the pass key, and almost had to break down the door. I put my first bag into the room and after retrieving more thongs i got back to the door and i couldn't for the life of me get in. I went to check in and he called the maintenance guy that was 1/2 hour away. The whole ordeal took almost 2 hours from trying to check in to getting back into the room

After a 35 hour drive straight through, before a 35 hour drive straight back to Indiana the next day, we checked in and had no hot water due to the water heaters being swapped out and the second floor ones not being done yet. But the old water heaters had been turned off for the second floor. We were told we would "hopefully" have hot water by morning. No offers to switch us to rooms (2) with functioning hot water, or offers for any sort of discount. So we had to go to bed filthy and feeling gross, making it a pretty crappy night, not knowing if we could shower before leaving at 5am or if we would have to go pay for showers at a truck stop for 5 people.

The staff never came to fix my toilet after I called and walked up to the front desk several times about it; the housekeeping never offered me fresh towels or linens and I stayed a week. There was a constant pile of trash around the dumpster, not in the dumpster. It smelled like rotten eggs and fecal matter in the room.

The entire motel smelled awful. Someone was also smoking in their non-smoking room. No bath towels in room. Tried to call front desk but it took them hours to answer the phone. When they did, I had to go to the front desk myself to get the towel. I was barefoot in the room and I regret doing that as the floor has clearly not been cleaned in a very long time.

My stay was terrible and the room I originally was checked into was trashed, so they had to check me into a new room which still had hair on the shower floor from the last guest and sheets that smelled terrible like they weren’t even washed at all. Will never stay here again

A stowaway was in my room when I tried to go inside. This was after 2 attempts by the desk agent to code the keycard. Then the substitute room had a broken tv and a toilet that wouldn't flush. Apologies to the housekeeper!!

the first couple of times i stayed here it was ok.. but seems to get worse with each stay. this last one the lock on the door was broken and didn't find out until my dogs were in the room and i was headed back in with my stuff. took 30 minutes to get someone to come and unlock it so i could get my dogs out. I had to ask to move rooms and then i was given a room that the tv didn't work. the attendant told me that it was a service problem and would be fixed soon. after the 2nd night and upon my check out i was then told that it was just that room that didn't have cable service. so the attendant had lied to me so he didn't have to switch my room again. I immediately canceled all my future reservations and will not be staying here again. I do not like to be lied to.

Las camas tenían ácaros, todo el edificio olía horrible a cigarro, gente alrededor de mal aspecto, mi sábana estaba ajugerada, el baño no tenía shampoo, el aire acondicionado estaba roto de los cables y muy sucio de donde saca el aire, las cortinas estaban muy sucias. The first room I was given didn't have a working remote for tv. Didn't have a working bathroom fan. Didn't have soap or shampoo in bathroom. Was a smoking room and didn't have an ashtray. Didn't have a trash bin in the bathroom. Had so many burns in the blanket that it was depressing. Spent the next 4 hours trying to get a working remote. Went into town to buy batteries at my own expense just to try to get a working remote. To no avail. They ended up switching rooms for me. Very mediocre, minimal level of care or service.
