The staff was amazing but the first room we stayed in had bed bugs but when we pointed this out they immediately moved us rooms to one that didn't have any that we're visible at least

The staff was great. However the ice machines were broken (all 3 of them). The shower pulsed from hot to cold the entire time. The staff is outnumber and surrounded on 3 sides by the off-site addicts, fruitloops, bridge critters and forever unbathed. Entertaining place, def not kid friendly. however there were several adult friendly patrons at the hotel.

The hotel was pet friendly, had a pool. The room I stayed in did not have a microwave but it did have a mini fridge. Had blood stains on sheets. Water in shower went from nice and warm too extremely cold too scorching hot for my entire shower. No ice mach. had to get ice from office. No one at office when I checked in.

We are grateful that there was one room left, when we were evacuated from our Spokane home during a fire. The front desk person was kind. She was using her own car battery to provide electricity to keep her work computer running to check in guests. We were happy to have a place to sleep, but the room and door frame had fingerprints everywhere. The fan in the bathroom was pulled halfway out of the wall, and was singed as if a fire had happened. We did not shower there, as the area did not look clean at all. The towels were washed and fresh. The bedding was clean - we checked for bed bugs, there was none. When we left in the morning, two other guests were loading up and said they were given a refund because there were bed bugs in their room.

The upkeep of the property could be better but I think that the owners are currently working on that. The price is right for the stay. The rooms are comfortable and the linens are clean. Some cleaner than others are. I will stay again. It’s not the Hilton but then again you get what you pay for.

The room was clean. But the water in the shower fluctuated from ice cold to steamy hot, without warning, every 10 or 20 seconds... To the point where we had to stand out of the water and use a wash rag to get clean. I had to have my room key remagmitized EVERYTIME that we went out. The neiborhood was so sketchy that I was worried for my car every night.

Staff was very friendly! But it was very unclean the bed spread was stained and room not clean, the door looked as though it had been broken open and was missing the deadbolt. I felt very unsafe I didn’t sleep at all. People also up walking around and noises all night. Just spend the extra money and go somewhere safer/nicer

We saw two cockroaches but the room wasn't terrible for what I paid. Super hot Water. No bed bugs in that room. But no shampoo or conditioner, no ashtrays in the smoking room. U get what u pay for. It's definitely a tweaker location but if u lock your doors and go back and forth u are good.

Wifi service didn't work in my room. There was damage in the bathroom (walls). The heater grill was damaged. It was also very noisy in the room. The shared microwave was in the vending/laundry area and the laundry equipment for guests was out of order. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the TV worked.

The new management is excellent. Even though it isn't a fancy upscale hotel, it is definitely the best you could really get anywhere on the cheap end of places to stay. Reserving a room and check-in is a breeze. No fuss of having the crdit card matching the ID and deposit and all that. ID and pay and the key is yours. It is quiet, the rooms are nice, no nasty 70's carpet with the 60's floral orange and brown furniture that has 60+ years of stains and bunny eared tv. Modern furniture and flatscreen TV, with several channels including HBO. No fridge or microwave which is very inconvenient, and the shower water cannot maintain a constant temperature. .

the halls have not been vacuumed in a long time. The ice machine did not work and there was not hot water in the bathroom sink. The guest across the hall had small dogs that barked for hours. the room itself was clean the comforter had holes, but I guess that is what you get for the price I paid.
