“Great experience and great location”

“Amazing besides the few blocks around seems dirty and filled with homeless”

“This property was clearly designed to look good in photos, and the building is a neat concept, but I promise you don't want to stay here. Upon entering the building, you ascend a staircase that smells bad, looks dirty, and has all the cleaning supplies and equipment strewn about at the landings. I wanted a shower before I even got in the door of my unit. Entering, it was clear that the place was shoddily constructed, poorly maintained, and poorly cleaned between visits. “Good value and location”

“We had three issues that significantly impacted the trip, but some if not all could be fixed for other stays. Check-in would have been pretty smooth of the elevator wasn't broken, but that was an issue for our whole stay. We ended up having to carry luggage for 8 people up five flights of steep fire-escape stairs to access the unit. The unit was clean and looked as pictured, but the water pressure was so low the shower was unusable and they had two large AC units which effectively cooled the……

“Overall, the stay was great! You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into remodeling and updating the space. The unit itself was very clean and communication with the host was top notch. It was in close proximity to several really great restaurants! However, there were a few cons. The building itself is pretty old and dirty. It’s not the unit owners fault but it’s something to be aware of. Also, when we visited there was a live band down stairs. We traveled with three kids and didn’t……
