“Room was large and clean. Parking was easy. Los Amigos is connected to the ledge and their food is really good.”

“While the staff was helpful in securing adjoining rooms for us, the overall experience was marred by a lack of attention to detail. While the room was generally clean, the bathroom was clearly in need of a deep, professional scrub. The biggest issue, however, was the breakfast. It did not meet brand standards in the slightest. “The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. One woman stood in front of my door and barked orders at some other people apparently far from where……

“Let me say, right off, that it was a clean place, the staff was great and it was priced right. Not a deal breaker, but there were minor damages in plumbing fixtures and the furniture seemed outdated. The "continental breakfast" and dining room could see improvements in layout and quality. The tables and chairs were basic and utilitarian, low cost-low quality foods, no signage to direct weary travelers to where food and stuffs could be found. Awkward layout of food prep/offering locations……

“I made my reservation 15 minutes before arriving. When I got there the clerk at the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted her time spent talking with friends, that were standing at the counter. Then when she realized she needed to help me, she said "Oh, you just made this reservation, I thought I was done for thr night." I was less than impressed.”
