“Ok ,1st the hospitality was great upon arrival, bell hop was super helpful, check in was lovely, fast and efficient. Then I needed hand soap, and this became a 16hr long request, when I finally spoke to the day manager, who I asked the day before her apology was scripted. Still not resolved and didn’t take the time to actually listen to me. Jessica at the front desk was fantastic, she listened and we got to the conclusion that the hand and bath wash is the same product, just I only had one in……

“We had an amazing time at the Blackhawk. I haven’t been in many, many years. The service and cleanliness still remain perfectly the same. The staff goes above and beyond. The other guests have been coming year after year during the 4th of July weekend/week and are very respectful and pleasant. The hot tub in our suite was new or newer and worked very well after full days out and about.”
