“Beautiful place! Its always nice when a property has a dining table and living room seating for the number of guests that it sleeps. This house was well decorated with Kansas City items. We were just there for an overnight stay but this would make a great base for a weekend stay.”

“This house was exactly what we needed! It's the perfect spot to entertain, the open kitchen to the living room made it perfect to graze food, and have the football games on. And lets not forget about the amazing pool and hottub. Plenty of towels, floats and even a fun ring toss game! The best part of the stay though had to be the beds.....probably the most comfortable mattress, sheets, pillows and comforter we have ever felt! To the point that every couple looked up the brands so we could order……

“We got to visit family that lives in town, saw friends from MN, and enjoyed Strang Hall ( downtown Overland Park) and great gelato! ”

“This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The house is in a great neighborhood, very quiet, and close to the city (we were visiting my daughter who lives in downtown KC). Beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was huge and well-equipped and we loved the screened-in sun porch in the mornings. Nothing but great things to say about this place.”

“What an adorable house! The photos are a true representation of the house, but it's even cuter in person. I was traveling with my son and large dog and it suited us perfectly. The desk area is perfect for working, the yard is large for roaming, the couch was comfortable and perfectly situated and the sunroom was cozy and pleasant! The bed tho? Magnificent! The mattress was insanely comfortable and the pillows fluffy! The owners provide welcome snacks which my son enjoyed, along with a pitcher of……
