What was no big deal was turned into a mocking session with someone who has a disability, which in turn escalated the issue. What manager and staff laugh at a guest who is struggling? Wipe those grins off because it’s unprofessional and useless. A fine line between discrimination and rude behavior. Do better."

"Jessica at the front desk was excellent! It was raining when we arrived and she would be out to offer us a towel. She was friendly accommodating and made our arrival great!"

"High traffic area off I-95 so the proprerty looks a little tired when you really look at it. Bed was comfortable enough for one night. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. Breakfast was better than most of this type."
