“Overall it was a great place to stay the only thing we thought would have been nicer if the grass was cut but other then that it was a great place to stay”

“When I first opened the door there was a dead roach near the welcome mat. We had arrived late afternoon after 8 hour drive. The rest of us arrived about 10 pm. We had an early day planned leaving at 7:30 the next am for graduation at 9:00. Four adults who needed showers. NO HOT WATER anywhere in house. Another dead roach in kitchen. I began calling and texting host a little after 6:00 am leaving multiple messages and trying to reach by phone but only getting answering machine with Message……

“Great stay, lovely cottage and Larry and Sandra were great to deal with. Definitely stay again”

“Really great location if you don’t have a car. 10 minutes from downtown and 25 from airport. Good options for eating and drinking within 200 ft. Definitely recommend vs hotel.”

“Great place! We had so much fun”

“Adorable place and great DTR location. We noticed an issue with one of the beds and the host responded within 20 mins and sent someone out that day to look at the repair needed.”

“The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, etc. The only issue I had with our stay was an obvious pet odor.”

“Cute and cozy. Price was right!”

“Nice place”

However, the house was perpetually damp - I am unsure if this was due to the excessive rain during our stay or what, but the house really needs some dehumidifiers to help with the dampness. There was literal condensation on tables and floors. Our bedding and clothes felt damp. The artificial scent things were overwhelming - I had to place one in the closet and……

“We had a wonderful stay. The studio was clean, comfortable, and in such a beautiful area. One of our favorite parts was taking walks around the neighborhood—it was so peaceful, safe, and scenic. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the full-sized, good quality shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. We also really enjoyed relaxing outside in the seating area. Parking could be a little limited at times, but we were always able to find a……

“I loved staying here! Adorable decor. Perfect for 1-2 people. Super light/airy vibe — nice, clean updated. It has everything you need for a home away from home while traveling. Great location, walkable to so many restaurants, coffee shops and yoga studios. Darla was a helpful quick to respond host, and I look forward to booking again in the future!”
