“The room was clean. The bed decent. Pillows great. Large refrigerator and regular microwave but zero dishes. They have a cooktop but nothing at all to eat with. Bring everything you need. Coffee downstairs was nice. None in room. Water pressure was the worst part. The tub had great pressure but they installed these cheap water saving shower heads so its like your being watered by a flower sprinkler. Very low pressure. Overall for price easy stay for a few days.”

“Our family felt very welcomed. The supplies that were prepared for breakfast and just general snacks and drinks were so helpful. My kids really loved the pancake mix! It felt that our whispers of what we needed were already thought about and prepared. It was very clean and well-labeled for ease in finding things. We loved the space and set up of the living area. Communication was very quick and positive with the host. This was a great option for us to stay at while visiting family in the area!”

The amenities are amazing—from the pool and outdoor seating areas to the gym and pool tables, there’s so much to enjoy. The space is the perfect size, incredibly clean, and always feels welcoming. “This VRBO is one of my favorites. Very quiet, clean, King bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. We loved staying in a Tobacco Barn (Baccer barn). My husband is from Newton Grove and it brought back memories from his childhood. Well done!”
