Let's get this out of the way first, the breakfast was just awful; quality, options and presentation are terrible. They are currently doing lobby renovations, but that is not a sufficient excuse. Everything else exceeds expectations. This property is new/newly renovated, the rooms are in great condition with updated finishes. The pool area is also excellent. The views are spectacular and the access to Zion via the Springdale shuttle is very convenient.

It was too noisy. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing. We were walked up from noise at 5:30 AM. At the end the hotel charged me $15 parking fee without notice.

The property was clean and our room was adorable. The pool was perfect after a hot day of hiking. The construction going on was a minor inconvenience but it didn’t effect our satisfaction with the hotel.
