The room was clean and comfortable. They came and turned down the room each day. There was a microwave and a mini fridge that had a freezer section which was helpful. I also really appreciated the paper towels provided as well. The pool was lovely on the hot days and had a great view of mountains. The only downside to the hotel were the broken ice machine, the grab and go breakfast not being available by 7am and a lack of shade by the pool if you want to get out of the sun. Truth be told we would stay there again though. It worked well for us and we loved the location.

Great spot to stay at right outside of the Zion national Park entrance. Other than the parking being tight, the place was perfect for our needs. Walkable to the parks shuttle and several restaurants.

Good property for the price. No ice machine. Breakfast is served too late for getting to the park early. Did not replenish coffee in the room everyday. Comparable to other hotels in the area, it's a bargain if you just need somewhere to sleep.

It was over 100 degrees and there were only three chaise lounge chairs and no umbrellas at the pool. It was unbearable unless in the water. I'm used to staying at Hyatts so maybe I'm spoiled.

I was nervous to stay here after reading some of the recent reviews. I was pleasantly surprised though. Our room was clean and the office staff were very friendly. The location to Zion National Park and the restaurants/shopping in Springdale is incredible. The shuttle bus that you can catch right outside the hotel is super convenient for accessing the park. I did notice that our room was a little rundown and the hot tub and ice machine were out of order. Our room has a mini fridge with a good freezer in it so we were able to keep ice that we brought with us. Overall it was a clean and nice place to stay and super convenient for Zion. All the hotels in that area are expensive but this seemed to be the most affordable.

I loved how walkable the property was. I could go right next door to get a meal and walk half a block to reach the tram for Zion. I didn't like that the AC was not effective at all - I couldn't sleep at all since it felt 80 degrees in the room. Other simple things like the TV not working, the jacuzzi not filled, and the ice machine not working were also factors but not as important. The convenience is what sells this place.

Great base for doing Zion - rooms were clean and well appointed, staff (Travis) was very friendly and helpful. Not a lot of extra floor space in room - but had a small table and basic small appliances, bed was comfy w/ good pillows. Room kept good temp by A/C. They provide bfast via a bag w/ yogurt, apple, and micro-ready mass produced egg sandwich (44 seconds in paper towel). We did laundry on site w/o a problem. They let car stay in lot (narrow spots) till 6 day of departure -- a nice bonus given the craziness of parking in the park. The few blocks around property have good selection of food, supplies, and t-shirts. Would consider a good option if we were headed back to the area.

Their breakfast to go sucks..same everyday, no other options..the swimming pool water was dirty as well. My children went to swim but came back right away because the water in the pool was dirty. The only good thing about this place is closed to zion national park.

The room was musty, the sheets were stained, the ac unit was loud and the ice machine was broken. On the bright side the location was great the shuttle to Zion was right out front and the restaurants and shopping were walking distance.

Didn’t gets the room I was booked Ice Machine are broken no ice Hot tub by the swimming pool it’s not working Breakfast take and go this morning coming eight instead of 7:30. Specially, on summertime should start with 7 not 7:30 .
