“Excellent. Service was exceptional, from the front desk to the valet, room service and housekeeping. The Vinoy was very clean and comfortable, the room was nicely sized and modernly appointed. Restaurants on site were convenient and very good with the pastry shop/coffee bar in the lobby, a nice touch. The location was also great. so many restaurants, bars, parks and the pier within easy walking distance.”

“This resort was incredibly accommodating to the needs of my autistic daughter, which meant so much to our family. The staff truly went above and beyond and were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Everything felt welcoming and thoughtful. The only small downsides were that the beds weren’t the most comfortable and the middle side table in our room was slightly broken. Other than that, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this resort.”

“The house was very cozy and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The walk to the beach was so close and easy and that stretch of beech is wonderful. Only notes: It would have been really nice to have some sort of privacy film or blinds on the window/door to the pool, it made the bedroom very dark having to keep that closed for privacy from people swimming. The pool was very pretty and clean but it was not heated. Even after allowing for a full heating cycle, as recommended on the spa directions……

“This unit was in a perfect location! We had a great view of the bay, and it was conveniently located near the pool! Having a restaurant right there was a huge bonus and the food and service was great! The condo was spacious and updated. Don was very communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable! We were less than 15 minutes from Raymond James as well as downtown. I highly recommend renting this unit!”
