St. Petersburg Pousadas

"Not sure where you got the name Sarah, but that is my mother and she has passed away. The hotel is very nice and I loved the walk over the water, it was so refreshing. The problem I had was that I found a roach in the bathroom when I was getting dressed and all that I was enjoying about the room went from really good to terrible. I dressed as fast as I could and waited downstairs until it was time for me to leave. I enjoyed talking with the employees at the front desk. They were very helpful with the questions I asked. Would I stay there again, I really cannot say yes to that. Unfortunately it only takes one bug and I am out of there. Hope you can take care of that situation."

"Kitchen full equipped, handle fell off fridge when attempted to open, bathroom dirty peeling paint dirty bathtub .window seal dirty through out i check out a day early due to this and roches 😡😡😡"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the location is great! Walkable to all kinds of fun places. Overall, the room was great, the bathroom was not super clean, and the soap dispensers are a little strange, but overall, I would definitely stay here again. The staff was so nice!"

"Everything was clean, energetic, and positive. The general area was very lively and active. My girlfriend and I had a blast. The clubs on location were tons of fun and played those funky beats long into the night. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. My only reason for not leaving complete 5 star's is because I didn't get to try their breakfast, but I assume it was great as everything else was. PS parking on the weekends is pretty difficult. "

"The pool looks like it’s under construction. When i arrived they couldn’t make me a key so I had to be let into my room (very inconvenient) every time I left. Couldn’t leave the private parking without being manually let out also….. super inconvenient. And the private parking was oversold so you couldn’t leave your spot open.Also the elevator was broken the entire time. Lastly I was kept up all night, called security three times for music blasting. Gave up and packed my things at 2 AM. Had to drive 15 home with ZERO sleep. Absolutely a gutter of an establishment. The employees are even lower than that. I expect a refund."
