“The hotel is beautiful and most of the staff is very friendly. We stay there often when we go to St Pete before events and have never had any issues until this time. I'm usually not one to write reviews however during this day the restaurant manager was wildly unprofessional rude to us as a group of guests as well as disrespectful to the staff. Melanie or Melody I believe her name was obviously it's not a people person and most certainly does not belong in a customer facing a service position.……

“Only problem was big. We flew down super excited to attend the Bruno mars concert. I didn’t realize it was outdoors & that’s okay. The problem is without prior warning not being able allowed to be dropped off closer to the venue. Waking in the heat to get to the many ramps and bridge over the street was just the beginning. By the time we got there, through the stadium to our seats my husband was so sick with heat exhaustion. We needed medical. Thankfully, as he was telling me he was going down……
