The balcony runs the length of the condo and a really pleasant place to sit and relax. The condo has vey nice furnishings and feels very updated. Also, the property management left us a bunch of supplies (eg detergent, soap, shampoo, sun screen) which was vey thoughtful. It is a gated community and very quiet. Katie and Xaverie, her property manager were outstanding hosts and extremely responsive to every question and concern. The location is excellent (if you are looking to avoid the more crowded, tourist areas of the island), with easy access to the two nicest beaches on St. Thomas (in my opinion). There were a couple of minor hiccups- some AC issues, and the shower head in the 3rd bathroom could be replaced (very low pressure amounting to a trickle)- but Xaverie was always quick to respond to texts and took care of things immediately. In my opinion the most serene home I’ve rented on the Island. My kids and I visit St.Thomas VI every summer for at minimum a week. I was born and raised on the island but as life has it my family moved to the states due to our family business. I have rented numerous homes with VRBO in St Thomas and we alaways choose premier hosts for our stay. This home has everything a family would need. Very spacious. Beautiful views. Minutes from the best beach (in my opinion) on the island Magens Bay. The property manager was available if needed and very communicative during our stay.
