"Staff is very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Microwave and refrigerator were spotless. Since it is animal friendly, there are no carpets on the floors.
The Continental Breakfast was very nice offering: instant oatmeal, muffins, a variety of breakfast bars, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, & hot chocolate.

"Great location very close to the Rondout where my children attended camp. Hosts gave great recommendations for local dining. We visited Village Grocery around the corner at least once each day for all our kitchen and snack needs, plus coffee. We also enjoyed local hiking. The rental feels close to everything. Back at the rental we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. It was a very peaceful, easy, and comfortable stay. The hosts were very attentive and great communicators. Thank you!"

"This is a beautifully appointed little house. Whoever decorated it has a wonderful sense of style! It is also well-stocked, with plenty of paper goods, pots and pans and dishes. It is clean and everything works well. It feels bigger than it is, because it has a great flow. The location is awesome. We came up on our boat, and some members of the family stayed in the Tiny Dream House, while others were on the boat. It was easy to walk back and forth between the two, enjoying the Rondout neighborhood along the way (btw, we had a great dinner at Armadillo, just around the corner). We will definitely stay here again if our travels take us to Kingston. Thank you, Steven and Rebecca. "

"The cottage is cute, modern and comfortable. The space was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. The property has a lovely back yard with a deck and a lavender shrub attracting pollinators. The birdsong was sweet both mornings and we saw a bald eagle over the river, come flying to and landing in one of the property's trees. The hosts were super easy to work with, very nice, helpful, quick to respond and provided a lot of useful information. Thank you! We would love to return."
