If you or your group break, damage or steal any thing we take the policy of \`:you break it, you buy it\`. No confetti. Before going to bed if we can ask that you remove any fake tan/ make up that may potentially damages the linen. No excessive use of alcohol and drugs will not be tolerated on the property. Smoking indoors incurs a fine of €200.00 pp. Please note that any upgrades purchased are non refundable.
