“Every thing is good except for the following:
Confusions on the name of the property on the address that was advertised in the web
I booked for a Mountain View but they gave us garden view .. no explanation whatsoever from the property manager.
Advertised as luxury condominium/ apartment but I did see some unexpected turn off
-dishwashing liquid placed on an empty Coke bottle .
Bath and kitchen towels , rugs needs to be upgraded
The building needs a touch up

“Location was excellent. In the heart of the City but very quiet in the apartment.
The only thing let us down was that (5 adults) and they left us only 1 toilet roll, 1 sachet of shampoo and no bottle of water to welcome the guest.”

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and had several options for each meal. The location was very close to Wright Park, The Mansion, and the Botanical Gardens. All must see destinations.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The host was accommodating and made check-in and check-out seamless.
