“The Masseria itself is absolutely beautiful — peaceful surroundings, lovely architecture, and a charming ambiance that really captures the spirit of Puglia. The staff were polite and professional, though not particularly warm or personal. Dinner was okay — the atmosphere was great, but the food didn’t quite live up to expectations given the setting. “This was our first time visiting Gallipoli and what a wonderful surprise to stay at such a beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We actually decided to stay longer! The hotel grounds are beautiful and I spent time exploring the many private areas! Breakfast was good and served in a lovely terrace area. Air conditioning was nice and cold!
