Modern, high quality equipped 2 room apartment with all comfort for a nice Sylt vacation. High quality equipped 2 room apartment for up to 3 people.
The apartment has a living / dining area with an open kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 4 people. In the modern kitchen there is a 4-plate ceramic hob, as well as an oven, steam cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and Nespresso machine.
The sofa in the living area and the large flat-screen TV invite you to chill out in the evening. The sofa also offers space for a 3 with its sleeping function. Person.
The box spring bed in the bedroom promises restful sleep. Your holiday wardrobe has enough space in the large bedroom closet. The bedroom is also equipped with a flat-screen TV.
The shower room is modern and equipped with a rainforest shower.

The living room and the bedroom are high quality with real wood parquet.

The terrace is on the back of the house, towards the west. Garden furniture and a beach chair are available here.
The shared washing machine and dryer in the house can be used free of charge.

Optimale Platznutzung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und punktet mit einer sehr geschmackvollen und farblich harmonischen Einrichtung. Es fehlt kaum etwas und der Platz wird optimal genutzt durch überdurchschnittlich viele Stellmöglichkeiten und Steckdosen. Stadtmitte und Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
