"Needs negative stars and should be removed from being listed. No balcony , no grill , no pool access without paying. Room moldy , dirty , stinky , nasty , water in shower shoots all over the place. Cabinets falling apart. Ceiling in bathroom looks like going to fall down."

"A perfect place for a couple. Very nice amenities. The washer machine was great too have especially in a resort-pool environment. Owner has a person you can reach out at anytime to help point you in the right direction. Balcony looking at the ocean is great! They offer a water cooler, fridge, and kitchen that fills your needs. I would recommend this place highly"

"We absolutely loved this condo. It was the first time staying in Lapu-Lapu. We were here for a month. The traffic was probably the only downfall, but once we were back on property we loved the resort feel.John and Rhoda were amazing. John was easily available via mobile and very quick in responding to all communications.The condo was lovely and having access to resort amenities was definitely something we took advantage of with our 9 year old grandson!We arrived from USA at 1am and we checked in...
