“The hotel itself was great, nice staff,beautiful rooms. The only problem was staff shortages Saturday and Sunday Mother’s day weekend at the pool/bar. Bartender did not know menu for drinks, did not know correct ingredients and a 2 hour wait for food on Saturday, no pool service at all on Mother’s day. But hotel was clean, staff friendly and a great location, this was our 5th time at property and our only bad experience.”

“The location was good for my purposes although confusing to actually access the hotel. I definitely did not like the automated service for the front desk although both Sid and David were polite and cordial. My room was musty so I had to purchase deodorizer. My toilet stopped up. Having no closet also presented a problem for me. While having a refrigerator and microwave was convenient no ironing board and iron was not as well as no front desk phone connection. “When we checked in the front desk associate was not warm and welcoming and truly seemed annoyed. To pay tax and a service charge for a beach umbrella is crazy. Stayed at dozens +++ hotels and never had tax and a service charge. Additionally I gave the young man a tip for setting up the umbrella and some how there was also a tip on my bill for the umbrella set up. Hard to believe a $30.00 umbrella was 45.00 plus crazy and not acceptable.”

"I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest.
