“I absolutely loved the view from the double doors in my room and its balcony, the comfortable bed, the silence between my room and others (I was only on floor 3 but it was very quiet), the grandeur of the hotel although it is almost like a slight pastiche of itself as some of it is a tiny bit jaded/faded. The carpet in my room and garishly tiled but classically designed bathroom are both approximately 40+ years old but I found really comforting as it reminded me of staying at my grandparents! ……

“位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。”

“Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. Overall a great choice.”

“距離車站有點遠，對於不是駕車旅行的旅客有些不方便。但是飯店周圍環境安靜悠閒，視野佳，可見葡萄園景和湖景。飯店員工非常和善親切，飯店內很乾淨。”

“職員態度友善有禮，房間寬敞整潔除睡房外，還有客廳，廚房，雪櫃和焗爐。房間面湖景，漂亮。美中不足是沒有洗衣設備，酒店介紹資料顯示有洗衣設備但實際是要交職員代為處理，收費昂貴，一件短褲或T袖收費各CHF8,兩件合共，CHF16。另外是早餐食物款式少，很基本食物，主要提供麵包，果汁及熱飲及一些乳酪及配料等。”

“An overnight stop on way to Switzerland. A very warm hotel and welcome by staff. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast the next day. A very spacious room with a view of the lake. ”
