Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer weather at elevation 7,000’.

Please note: This property is located on a shared road that provides access to an occupied lot behind the home (common in the Historic District). However, a privacy fence now separates this property and keeps it secluded.

With the Plaza just a 9-minute walk from your door, this charming home is perfectly positioned to explore all Taos has to offer. Explore the Taos Art Museum at Fechin House in 1 mile, or immerse yourself in nature on the Devisadero Loop in 3.4 miles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
