This is the perfect place to relax in complete privacy, it is completely on its own in the hills, there is a road that runs past the villa but it very quiet with very little traffic. The Pool is fantastic, quite small but perfect for a couple or small family and the villa is as specifed in the ads. The kitchen is fantastic and well equipped and the main bedroom is very comfy. We loved our time here, Laurence was a fantastic host and answered any questions we had and the cleaning lady and pool man visited during the week and were very friendly. Would strongly recommend this property.

Lovely house with modern architecture and furniture. Well equipped. On the country side: very quiet and 100% privacy. Very nice pool. 15 minutes by car to the nearest beaches. Highly recommendable for people who like the country side and privacy. Rent is rather on the pricey side. WiFi did not work very well - which may also be due to the location of the property. All in all we really spent a great week at this place

We hebben het heerlijk gehad! Prachtige locatie, heerlijk weer en vooral genoten van de rust en ruimte! Het huis is goed bereikbaar via de route verkregen van Laurence en Daniel, die overal over willen meedenken. Wij hebben onze vakantie in ieder opzicht als zeer prettig ervaren!

Ruhe- Insel in den Hügeln von Portugal
Schöne Kleine Villa mitten in den Hügeln, perfekt für alle, die Ruhe suchen! Nachts muss man unbedingt den phantastischen Sternenhimmel anschauen. Das Haus ist top eingerichtet, es gibt alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Daumen hoch!

Merveilleux séjour dans le calme et la splendeur d'une magnifiquevue
Aucune fausse note ni à l'intérieur ni à l'extérieur, nous sommes ma famille et moi immédiatement tombés sous le charme de cette maison bien agencée et tout confort, très agréable à vivre, d'ailleurs nous n'avons éprouvé aucune difficultés à nous sentir comme chez nous. Entspannung und Erholung
Nach der Buchung bekamen wir alle relevanten Details mitgeteilt. Alle unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir bekamen die Koordinaten zur Finca, so konnten wir diese völlig unkompliziert finden. Die Straße zur Finca ist nur ein unbefestigter etwas holperiger Weg, aber wenn man langsam fährt kein Problem. Es gibt keine Nachbarn somit ist man ganz für sich, wir genossen wirklich die Stille. Es gab ein kontaktloses Check in, das fanden wir super. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, ganz nach unserem Geschmack, mit vielen liebevollen Details bei der Einrichtung und Deko. Flur: hier hat es einen Schrank, voll mit nützlichen Dingen wie Putzutensilien, Taschenlampe, Malsachen, Spiele und Wasserequipment. Wohn- und Esszimmer: schöner Kamin (den wir aber nicht ausprobiert haben bei 33° C), Soundanlage, Fernseher und ein schöner großer Esstisch. Küche: Großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfunktion, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler usw., genügend Geschirr/Gläser, das Einzige was uns hier nicht so gefallen hat, war die für uns umständliche Kaffeemaschine. Schlafzimmer: sehr bequemes Bett Badezimmer: Walk in Dusche, Fußbodenheizung uvm. Alle Zimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und waren in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Terrasse: großer Esstisch, mega schöner Blick ins Umland, gut zum Vögel beobachten, man kann auch mal ein Häschen vorbei hüpfen sehen und ganz toll die Sterne beobachten. Hier hätten wir uns ein Paar Decken gewünscht, denn der Wind war abends oft kühl. Pool: schön groß, um auch mal etwas zu schwimmen, auch dieser war gepflegt, der freundliche „Poolmann“ kam alle paar Tage um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Die Wassertemperatur schwankte zwischen 25°C und 28°C, da man ihn nicht zudecken kann. Zwei Liegen stehen zur Verfügung, leider ist die eine ziemlich durchgelegen und dadurch sehr unbequem. Schade das die Poolbeleuchtung so umständlich ein- und auszuschalten geht. Grill: hier hätten wir uns zusätzlich noch einen Tisch/Stühle gewünscht, damit man nicht immer den „weiten“ Weg zum Esstisch auf der Terrasse hat. Garten: Orangenbaum, Zitronenbaum, Rosmarin uvm., schön blühende Oleanderbüsche und andere Pflanzen. Auch hier ist die Beleuchtung nicht direkt vom Haus aus anschaltbar. Einziger Minuspunkt, der Garten wirkt leicht ungepflegt, da überall Unkraut wächst und z. B. Steinsitzbank oder Chill-Ecke unter Bambusdach nicht geputzt waren. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, den Urlaub genossen und ein paar schöne Tage erlebt.

Views to die for and full confort house
What you see on the ad is what you get. Small house full of confort and stunning views. You have everything you need to make the best out of your holidays. If you stay you have the pool, the bbq, the views. If you go on an excursion you have Tavira and Olhao only 20min drive away. House is ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults and children. The owners were very helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay. The only (small) con of the house is that you need to drive from the village still around 8-10min on a sand way. But if you want the views, there is no other way.

Ein tolles Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung
Wir verbrachten Anfang Oktober 13 traumhafte Tage mit optimalem Wetter in diesem perfekt ausgestatteten Haus. Die Anfahrt ist ein bisschen mühsam, vor allem da wir mitten in der Nacht anreisten. Dank der gps-Daten konnten wir das Haus gut lokalisieren, aber das navi wollte uns immer wieder auf Wege lenken, die vielleicht mit einem Jeep zu bewältigen gewesen wären, aber nur vielleicht! Doch das Ziel lohnt den Weg auf jeden Fall. Und wenn man tagsüber anreist, wird man ja auch gebracht. Sowieso lief die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern absolut problemlos. Zum Haus: die Ausstattung ist genau wie beschrieben und die ganze Atmosphäre drumherum mit Aussicht und Sternenhimmel einfach zum genießen. Was man wissen sollte: viele Orte an der Ostalgarve sind tatsächlich innerhalb von höchstens 30 Minuten zu erreichen, aber mal eben zu Fuß ein Restaurant besuchen, das geht nicht. Außerdem sollte man sich, vor allem wenn man mit 4 Personen reist, darauf einstellen, dass das Haus hellhörig ist, bedingt durch die Türen mit Lamellenstruktur. Das alles konnte unsere Begeisterung über dieses Haus aber nicht nachhaltig beeinflussen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Christof und Susanne aus dem Sauerland

Des vacances idéales
La maison est très belle et très bien équipée dans un une vallée très au calme à environ 2km du village accessible par un chemin. Nous avons passé de merveilleuse vacances avec 2 adolescentes. La vue sur les montagnes est magique. Jonathan s est occupé de l entretien de la piscine chaque jour et nous avons eu un excellent accueil sur place. Les propriétaires sont également de très bons conseils et très réactifs en cas de besoins. Nous pourrions de nouveau séjourner dans cette maison où tout est pensé pour s y sentir bien

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön in der Hügeln oberhalb von Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo gelegen. Das Haus ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und war für uns als Familie perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist nahezu vollständig und entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Pool ist für Mutige auch Ende Oktober nutzbar. Die Anfahrt erfolgt die letzten 1,5 km über Feldwege, was aber kein Problem darstellt, hier waren wir aus Urlauben in Sizilien schwierigere Situationen gewohnt. Angekommen am Haus, wird man mit herrlicher Ruhe und Privatsphäre belohnt. Möchte man Strände/ Küsten erkunden, bietet sich vor allem die Ostalgarve an, aber auch die Küstenlinie zwischen Faro und Quarteira ist noch gut erreichbar. Einen Besuch Wert sind u.a. auch die Städte Olhao an der Küste und Loulé in den Bergen. Am Samstag findet in Loulé zusätzlich zum täglichen Markt in der Markthalle auch ein Bauernmarkt mit vielen Ständen rund um die Markthalle statt. In Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo gibt es Olivenöl und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs in der Verkaufsstelle der Cooperativa. Ein paar Meter südlich des Kreisverkehrs findet man einen weiteren Olivenölbetrieb.

Was für ein Traumhaus !!!
Wir haben im August zwei Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht, wir haben die Zeit richtig genossen! Das Haus ist toll gelegen, ganz weit weg von Lärm und Städten und doch ist alles ganz schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen! Wirklich eine perfekte Lage wenn man die Algarve und unterschiedliche Strände erkunden möchte. Wir haben die Ruhe und Natur sehr genossen! Das Haus ist unglaublich schön eingerichtet und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet! Wir haben uns richtig wie zu Hause gefühlt! Ein Highlight war natürlich der Pool, der fast täglich von Jonathan, dem Pool-Keeper gecheckt wurde! Und auch Christina, die uns zum Haus gebracht hat und im Haus alles gezeigt hat, hat sich toll um uns gekümmert! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!!

La maison de mes rêves
Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances dans la maison de Laurence et Daniel dans notre région de cœur. Tout y est, rien ne manque. Une décoration sobre et reposante. Le nécessaire est là pour démarrer. Merci aussi pour la petite attention dans le réfrigérateur. La literie est au top. Une salle de bain moderne. La maison est également très propre. Merci à Cristina. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine tous les jours. Jonathan venait la nettoyer tous les 2ou 3 jours. Un clin d'oeil et un très grand merci à Laurence. Et voilà nous sommes rentrés chez nous, mais avec l'envie d'y rester.

Modern huis rustige omgeving
Mooi ruim huis, alles aanwezig behalve een parasol voor bij het zwembad. Echt wel nodig in de zomer. Nog contact over gehad met de eigenaar maar die gaf als reden op dat blijkbaar veel gasten hier niet zorgvuldig mee omgaan. Ligging rustig tussen de heuvels en toch dicht bij de kust. 3 weken genoten.

Perfect huis en ligging
Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van het huis en omgeving, alles is aanwezig om een goed verblijf te garanderen. De open haard werkt perfect, wel zo fijn in februari. Hoewel het overdag een perfecte temperatuur was. De weg naar het huis is wat Nederlandse begrippen nogal ruig, maar in Portugal normaal.
