Overall this is a nice place, with lots of space in the very clean and nice rooms (more about the cleanliness later). Rooms have a fridge and microwave, and comfy beds. Showers are great with super water pressure. The big problem is some of the staff and the room cleaning. We stayed for 5 nights. I made the reservation, and my wife was flying in from a different origin. My flight was delayed, and she got there 2 hours before me, but still late. I had put both our names in Expedia, but the hotel refused to let her check in, even with this and the prepaid room. I spoke to the desk woman, who was nice but refused to let her check in, even when I volunteered to send my ID over or do anything else to validate my wife. She obviously has the same last name, a copy of the confirmation and me on the phone. But no, she was made to sit at the front waiting for me after 7 hours of travel. I finally arrived at 2am. The next day when we returned to our room, it hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk and was told we needed to request it, even though there were no door tags to put out asking, as other hotels do. The front desk woman was extremely rude, telling me "there is a sign by the front" and that we needed to call every day. I did this, since no one cleaned the room. Each day I called and they promised. Towels were all dirty by the 2nd day but no luck. Finally I went down with the towels. Same attitude, maybe a little nicer. But no cleaning until we were ready to check out.
