Welcome to Pacific Beach Condo 11, your home away from home as you vacation in style in sunny, exciting Costa Rica. This one bedroom condo makes it easy for a couple to travel and enjoy a fantastic ocean front get-away or a fabulous honeymoon in Playa Potrero. The condo has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, and two flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure. From this cozy condo, you’ll enjoy the fabulous ocean views of the Catalina Islands, Flamingo Marina, and Potrero Bay, and watch the stunning sunsets while sitting on the ocean view balcony. A large , open concept kitchen with granite counters and dining area makes for a great dinner location, or you can choose to dine on the balcony. Situated directly on the beach, you can wake up to howler monkeys making their morning rounds, and walk to one of 6 beach restaurants serving local Costa Rican and International foods. A convenient local fruit market and groceries are within walking distance. Nearby, enjoy great live music and nightlife, yoga under the palapa to the sound of the ocean, massages on the beach, sport fishing, sunset cruises, and more. There is easy transportation to the condo from Liberia International Airport only one hour away, and local rental vehicles or golf carts can be delivered to the condo. We really liked this cool place – super clean, had everything for cooking. The bed was like a dream. The host gave us towels, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler for the beach – super handy. Instead of cooking, we walked 10 minutes along the beach to The Beach Bar and Restaurant for the best meals in Costa Rica. There's also an awesome breakfast spot just across the street with healthy choices, yummy croissants, and great Costa Rican coffee. Can't ask for more. Totally recommend this place if you're exploring Guanacaste in Costa Rica!

A wonderful getaway
The property is well appointed and the hosts were easy to communicate over whatsapp when we had any questions. This is a nice quiet community on a peaceful low traffic beach. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars but do recommend that you rent a car when staying here as it expands your options to explore quite a bit. There are many beautiful secluded beaches nearby if that is your thing or if you want to experience a more vibrant nightlife a short drive to Tamarindo will put you in a busy party zone. This property was so quiet and wonderful to relax at the end of the day and just sit on the balcony and stare at the water. Would definitely stay here again.

No Wants, No Needs
Everything you want or need is in this Vrbo. Very clean with a great view. The beach sand is very dark, almost back and so are the surrounding beaches. The only two complaints I have about the Vrbo itself is that, 1. There should be a number somewhere in case of an emergency, 2. We stayed last time in Jaco and the owner of the Vrbo welcome us and brief us on places to go, good tour to go on, and what to expect, etc. We never saw the owner or manager of this Vrbo. Overall this is a very good place to stay if you want to lay back and relax. About the town of Potrero, there's very little life in Potrero. Tamarindo is the place to go. Shops, restaurants, and major tour agencies. The best restaurant near by this Vrbo is Patagonia about five minutes away. In Tamarindo you can try Falafel for Greek food.

Amazing beachfront property
This one bedroom condo situated right one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rico was a diamond in the rough. Clean, beautiful, spectacular view was furnished with everything we needed, including water toys. The owner was so kind and generous quickly responding to all of our questions and needs. Look no farther, book this place and enjoy Costa Rica!

Nice quiet area
It was very nice. Had a good time. Only thing i could say negative is main room ac had hard keeping up but we closed blinds when sunlight was beating in and it was still cooler than outside heat. Overall perfect for us

Great views and apartment
Great little place to see the sunset, cook dinner and have a good sleep! Nice and quiet and great cool air conditioning at night. We stayed for 3 nights and explored the local beaches with ease. Felt very safe as tourists. Great fruit stand close by and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely beach towels and beach umbrella provided by host. Due to deep bay- there were very few waves which made swimming easy. The water was sandy- again due to the bay. Im not a personal fan of microfibre sheets- but- that is my own issue 😀 as ive noticed rentals across the globe now have these sheets.

Fun in Costa Rica
First I want to emphasize that they would have received a solid 5 star rating except that the photos online that show the condo are not current (at least at the time of this posting). There have been changes and those changes are not in the pics. However, the place is GREAT! We had ZERO issues with the property nor the owner. It is a very comfortable place. We would stay again. It is as the pics show, right on the beach. Just a short walk through the yard. And this beach was not heavily used. We walked it every morning. Totally worth the stay.

Beautiful, peaceful location equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen appeared fully stocked for all needs; but, we never cooked. The beach was quiet and within walking distance to a few stores, restaurants and Flamingo Beach, too. We felt very safe and our Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Location & clean!
David was super responsive from the very beginning when I first booked up until the end of our stay. The home was super clean upon arrival and had all of the amenities We needed to include beach towels, beach, chairs, and shopping bags. There was a small situation with the painter coming on a day we were there, but the host David was super responsive and immediately took care of it. And then of course you’ve got the location literally walk outside to the beach and walk down to all of the restaurants. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 would stay here again

I loved the house. When something wasn't right, the owner was very helpful and kind. It's very clean and bonus we didn't have to clean the bedding, take the garbage out and all the other stuff. The view is amazing and it hasn't been recently updated.

On The Beach - safe, clean and modern
We just returned for 2 wonderful weeks in Costa Rica. We spent 5 nights of our holiday at the beautiful Pacific Beach Condo in Potrero. The check in process was easy and our host, David was kind to let us drop off our bags early so we could spend our first day exploring and then relaxing at the beach. The condo had every thing we needed for preparing meals so we could enjoy them on the balcony chairs while watching the amazing sunsets. The location was perfect! It was a short walk to Potrero to buy groceries or have a meal at a restaurant. We felt very safe and everyone we met were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed two local tours our host recommended: the nearby Diamante Eco Adventurepark superman zip line was crazy fun, and the Lizard Tours Catamaran snorkeling tour was also amazing. We are looking forward to returning to this beautiful place! We highly recommend David's condo. Pura Vida!

Wonderful condo on the beach!
We enjoyed a month long stay right on the beach in Potrero. The location is great, but it is very easy to visit other beaches along the coast too. Good food is walking distance, and our host was very responsive to questions or anything we needed. Definitely a place we’ll visit again.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations! The rooms are exactly as shown, the place is fully equipped with everything you could need, and then some to include beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler - the in unit washer and dryer was very helpful! What you can't see in the pictures is the amazing sounds of the ocean and the unbelivable sunsets from your balcony. We were blown away. David was excellent from the before our stay communication through our entire stay. He helped with restaurants and getting around the area - can't say enough about him. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location, spectacular views, close to everything. Dave was very helpful and responsive when needed (which wasn’t much, the unit has basically everything you could need). Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am already planning a return trip. Great spot to recharge the ol batteries.

A Great Vacation In Costa Rica
The Pacific Beach property was as advertised and the great reviews of the property were spot on. Playa Potrero is a quiet serene beach. David Rill left useful information about the area and information about the unit. The porch barbeque was so clean I chose not to use it. We didn't use the stove as we didn't go on vacation to cook, but instructions for use were a bit complicated. We left bottles to be recycled organized on the kitchen counter and a few things in the refrigerated. We hope that was ok. Lots of towels and excellent beach chairs. Pacific Beach #11 is a property I would recommend to anyone couple looking to get away to a beautiful place and country.
