"Well the Valle by Kondale hotels located in Munnar Kerala was fantastic experience being greeted very politely and humbly by the staffs. We were astonished at the sight of view from our room window,felt which was visible from the rooms window far ahead with a ray of golden sunlight falling on the mountain caps. Me and my wife instantly fell in love with Valle and all this because of the splendid hospitality we were receiving from time to time according to our want and desire from there started our journey of enjoyments in Valle for 4 days honestly 4 days is not enough to Explore Munnar atleast we should have stayed 10 days in Valle Rooms are spacious, Ambiance is very nice.Hotel Staff is very nice and soft spoken. Me and my wife are foodie exquisite dishes that will delight our taste buds" and that the chefs were "truly impressive". What else can we ask lovely morning breakfast service with a variety of savory foods and fresh fruits. We even asked customize food they made it for us. The chefs' mastery of flavors and presentation is truly impressive. From the freshest ingredients to the warm hospitality, specially thanks to all Chefs Me and my wife would definetly return back to Valle Munnar no doubt about it next time stay more days enjoy the ambience food lovely customer connection they provided us Love to return back again. "So many kind words to say about Spice Tree. First: how many establishments have you ever been too that the manager of the Resort will ride with you to the hospital. FYI do not drink the spring water in the National Park in Munnar. He rode with our taxi driver to hospital, he stayed with me the whole time. I can never thank him so much for his help. You are an amazing Man. Thank you. 2nd this resort is the place for a great escape to relax and enjoy wonderful food by the best Chef. 3rd the staff there was perfect. From the reception and room cleaners, and then to the grounds cleaners. Everyone welcomes you with an open heart. I will have to say as tourists, we must always do better. Please tip the waiter staff, to the room cleaners. They work hard and deserve the respect we get as tourists from the Spice Tree. I will be back. Love India and Munnar is the best."

"Brilliant place. Brilliant staff. Brilliant food. It’s a luxury property. A bit tough to get to but once you get there.. you’ll never have enough of the view. The best thing you can do is wake up early for the sunrise. Do not miss it at any cost."
