HOUSE RULES: No amplified music outdoors, no parties or events, quiet hour is 10pm.
The space Welcome To 1000 Palms Estate! POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool. **Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request. This property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Mondays and Thursdays.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor. For any further questions, please reach out to our hosts for information!
PETS: Pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers as well. Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no mess is left behind, $150 is refunded to your credit card and $50 goes towards your pet's stay. Please let us know you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.
PARKING: The max amount of cars that is allowed at this property is 6.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.
PLEASE NOTE: Per county regulations, QUIET HOURS after 10pm apply outdoors and is strictly enforced. During day time please limit music to cell phone level, no speakers, no exceptions. Please note, at night on acreages noise travel far as we do not have traffic or any noise, if you chose to use an amenity after 10pm outdoors, please keep the noise to minimum level. With jets people tend to speak really lively over them. Please keep the doors closed if playing amplified music outdoors. We ask for you to enjoy responsibly. Our neighbors welcome you, we ask for you to treat them and neighborhood with respect and appreciation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
FESTIVALS: Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.
