Le local à ski à l’entrée du chalet est tres pratique et met a disposition un Chauffe chaussures de ski. Le chalet est à 5minutes à pied du telecabine des Brevieres. Le Hameau des Bréviaires a de nombreux restaurants (dont "la Sachette"- très bien, à 50 mètres avec terrasse), une petite supérette (très chère), pas de médecin ni pharmacien, ni librairie. Boodschappen hebben we wel in Bourg St Maurice gehaald; de sherpa winkel heeft een beperkt assortiment en de prijs is relatief hoog.
