We stayed at The Plaza for about 10 days.From the moment of our arrival to check-out, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and satisfied.Throughout our trip, staff ensured we were always taken care of, from valet to housekeeping, exchange, dry cleaning, medical emergency etc.The housekeeping staff was clean, efficient, and accommodating. We checked out the bar on the 23rd floor and loved the service and the view. I give my highest recommendation to the Plaza and look forward to returning as soon as possible for another stay in Tirana, Albania.

Great location right downtown. Parking is underground off George W Bush, and the hotel is located on the north side of the street (google doesn’t tell you which side). Hotel is nice and clean and secure. You need a room key from the lobby to get upstairs to the rooms. Room was beautiful and had a great view. Great spa facilities!! Only downside was on the 21st floor between 9pm-11pm we could hear very loud music from outside.

Spent 2 nights here after a week walking in the mountains. Super comfy beds, spacious room and great bathroom. The Japanese restaurant is superb.Loved every minute of our stay.

Great location. Average breakfast, it would be nice to have gluten free bread and options. Nice view from thr 22nd floor. It would be great to have a room that was smoke free. The spa was very noisey with a guy who stayed on a vidoe call and when the spa staff were informed they replied that they could not do anything so we decided to go to a different hotel for our massages.
