We stayed last year and loved the hotel. This year not so much. Carpets in halls and rooms are very dirty. Desk was challenging when checking in after a long flight. Every day after room clean there were several long hair strands that must have been transferred from cleaning other rooms: on sink, shower and sheets. We ordered room service one day and had to pay on the spot. They would not charge to room. Pricing was way more expensive than reserved on Expedia. They acted like they didn't understand the issue and I finally gave up. We are planning a trip next year and will most likely pick another hotel.

Great staff and very helpful and friendly, great location so easy to walk and close to Shibuya. Only downside is the hotel is old and dated. It was clean but felt like hotel needed a remodel. Very dated feeling overall.

No complaints only praises for the Cerulean Tower hotel. Staff were so helpful arranging a same day doctor’s appointment for my daughter and niece who were sick and then walking us to the clinic. Staff are knowledgeable, understand English, and have great suggestions for activities and places to eat and explore. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is located conveniently 5 minutes walk to Shibuya Station, yet it is completely quiet and rooms are soundproof so you don’t hear the neighbors.

I booked a king size non smoking room. Got a rerrible cramped corner room that smelled like smoke. Could have been cleaner. They didnt have other room options for me and made me pay to upgrade. Also hotel right along a highway. Would not let us sit in the garden lounge to have our coffee in the morning nor sit in the restaurant we got the coffee from since we werent yet having breakfast. Rooftop bar was great but you cant up there 40 minutes before it closes. Would definitely not recommend this hotel for these prices. Not very friendly

Love this hotel. Perfect location close to Shibuya crossing and easily walkable up into Daikanyama and Nakameguro. Great views from the large, very clean and comfortable rooms.
