My family and I loved our stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama. The staff was extremely nice and able to speak English. The hotel was beautiful and close to Tokyo Disney, Tokyo DisneySea and the Disney monorail. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

It was a beautiful property, but I choose another property in the area next time. We book hotels with swimming pools if we can and thus I’be was charging almost $80AUD per day for our family of 3 to use (including one 10 year old). A hotel pool should be free for hotel guests. Utterly ridiculous. There’s no gym either but I knew that when I booked. Other than that, the hotel looked great and breakfast was amazing.

We were here for 6 nights and loved it. I would stay again, it’s close to Disney, they provide a free shuttle to Disney or the train station. Also, less crowded area compared to other places in Tokyo. The staff was really friendly and attentive.

Very spacious rooms with a nice view of Tokyo. Very convenient walk to the train station to then go to disneysea and disneyland. Convenience store downstairs and tempura restaurant a definite plus. We were very comfortable and the staff were excellent and helpful. We enjoyed the view, but worth considering facing the park to enjoy the fireworks from your room (when they are on), as staying in the parks themselves til so late is difficult with young children, and the hotel is very comfortable.

Very convenient if going to Disney Sea or Disney Land without paying Disney hotel pricing. Service was great and shuttle to Maihama station is great as well. Had the ocean view room and it was an amazing view wish we stayed one more night.

if you travel for Disney, this is one of Disney resort hotel options. Limo bus from airport to hotel and vise versa (please reserve in advance, otherwise, you need to deal with unfamiliar public Transporation option like me). shuttle to monorail and 5min walk from monorail. breakfast buffet was good. also has sushi breakfast option if you don't like crowded buffet. only thing that I wanted add, they don't have coin laundry in the hotel. we stayed for 8days and ended up using local laundromat out of resort area. (Sheraton has one, but it was under construction unfortunately). Maihama station has shopping mall that you can enjoy all day also and Tokyo downtown is 30mins away with subway. but if you want to travel around except Disney, stay short in this area and book other location (like shinjuku).

お部屋は清潔で、トイレ・バスルームも広くて快適に過ごせました。朝食ビュッフェが和洋等、種類が豊富で美味しくいただけました。 ホテル従業員の方も皆、素晴らしい接客でした。 館内のコンビニコーナーにはおにぎり、お弁当、サンドイッチが販売されており部屋で簡単に食事を済ませたい時に便利です。 ディズニーランドの移動はホテルのシャトルバスがありますが、バス乗り場がランド前のバス乗り場ではなくイクスピアリ側のJR舞浜駅バス乗り場なので少し遠く感じました。 バスに乗車する際に注意するべきことは、近辺に「東京ベイ舞浜」と名前がつくホテルが3〜4件あるため、必ず「グランドニッコー」の名前を確認してください。外国人利用者はどのバスに乗車するのか分からず不安そうでした。
