The staff was fantastic! They made our stay feel personal and very enjoyable. The hotel is close to a station and only 3 stops from Ueno, making it very convenient. There is a grocery store right cross from the hotel for late night snacks (their strawberries were amazing). Overall, we loved our stay and looked forward to getting back to rest our feet after each day.

Find Hair on the bed under blanket
overall I think just ok. It is fine for this place trying to save energy, but the light is only last for 20~30 sec than it will be off until you actually move your body, regardless you are in toilet or washing hand/brushing teeth. And worst part is bedsheet, looks normal until you try to sleep, find hairs in few different spots under the blankets, made me wondering, did they change the sheet? I only stay one night, so those hairs will not belongs to me also.

A really nice stay
We received an extremely warm welcome and everything was explained very clearly. Our kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. The beds were firm but I'm pretty used to that and slept well.
