The experience we had staying at the hotel was amazing. The staff helped us with everything we needed including shipping our luggage to the next hotel. Water was free to order and a cool robot brings it to your room. We got a free alcoholic drink every day for being guests. And its location was unbeatable! Literally a 3-5 min walk to shibuya station where you can get to everything! Never had any issues getting in or out and the room was more than spacious enough. I highly recommend it and would stay again

This hotel totally exceeded my expectations! It’s simple but effective in every way. 1. Awesome location (right next to the metro, near lots of restaurants, coffee shops, massage places, etc.) 2. Great amenities (affordable laundry service, toiletries, gym, hotel bar / restaurant, bottled still and sparkling water, etc.) 3. Very clean and well designed property and rooms I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be staying here again!

Great location and great staff. Pro-tip, if you’re taking the luxury bus service to the airport from one of the local stops, The hotel offers shuttle service to these locations. Ask the front desk for it.

Right in the heart of Shibuya. We could see the Shibuya scramble from our hotel room. Comfortable for a family of 4. We each had our own bed. Water, tea and Nespresso in the room.
