This capsule Hotel was an awesome place to stay on my trip to Tokyo. It was very clean, they provided everything you I needed, and I didn’t worry at all about safety. A top notch property.
The check-in process was painless. They do not have extra room to hold your luggage in a secured place, but you're free to take your luggage to the area in front of your room if it doesn't fit in your locker. The amenities provided were sufficient. For a capsule hotel, no major complaints. You can hear others around you but it's still relatively quiet in the area. Also it's pretty warm by default so even when it's cold outside, you may not need to dress too warmly.

Capsule was missing curtain time provide any privacy or shade. Cigarette smoke outside room made room smell like cigarettes.
This capsule hotel is nooked in such a great area of Shinjuku. So many great places to walk nearby. The hotel has friendly staff. I had a room close the front door of my floor and was not aware that in the other side of the floor was the bathrooms and showers the first night, but other than that I had a great experience here. Note for travelers: I had a carryon bag and it fit fine in the locker for storage, but anything bigger and I would have had to leave the bag out in the open. Plan accordingly if you are not okay with having bags out as they have signs about how it is not their fault Id items are stolen. I’m 6 foot tall and was very comfortable having my other bag and some clothing items also in the capsule. You get a large towel and toothbrush and they provide all the soap, shampoo, conditioner, q tips, hair dryers, etc. Nice toilets. No elevator though and I was on the third floor. You get a key for your locker and shoe storage and put your shoes in there and walk in the slippers they give you. I would definitely come here again. First time traveling internationally.
