“The fridge froze my food. Advised the front office staff who said they would forward information to manager and I would get a refund for damaged food. I never got a refund. I emailed the facility when I got home and the front desk said they would forward to manager. Nothing -- no response. There was also no soap in the shower. I had to use soft-soap hand soap.”
