“Jätte bra hotell, bott där förut, det var lika bra då, endast duschen man fick kallshock pga det sitter ett övre duschmunstycke. Och bacon var överstekta, men det är tyvärr standard på dom flesta hotell, tyvärr har dom som tillagar bacon inte förstått att bacon är kött, och ska behandlas som det, annars var allt jätte bra”

“Et lite hotell med sjel og personlig service. Alle rom er unike og vi elsket dette stedet. Rett over gata lå Mormors cafe som var superkoselig! Stille og fredelig midt i det historiske. Kan virkelig anbefales.”

“The property is meticulously restored and gives you a glimt into old Norway. Very peaceful and beautiful.”

“A wonderfully kept old building with lots of character. It would’ve been great to have stayed in the main building but we were allocated a room in the new annex. Very clean and orderly with the atmosphere of an officers’ mess. It was very quiet except for a small conference group. It is a walk away from the Navy Museum plus others. Pleasant walks are all round the property. While not the usual hotel experience it was novel.”

“I’d had a busy day, had to drive to Larvik and stay to catch the 8am ferry in the morning! Parked in the underground carpark, had to pay on exit but the lift took me up into the hotel. Didn’t take any luggage, just sat in the bar for a while to unwind, very nice bar staff. Then up to the room and slept! Perfect bed, so comfortable I was off in no time, still had my glasses and hearing aids on when the receptionist knocked on my door at 6am to wake me. He even made me a coffee and carried it down……

“I had a very comfortable and relaxing five-night stay at Scandic Park. The reception staff was very polite, professional, and helpful. There was a strike during my stay, so the staff not on strike did additional duties to keep the many guests comfortable and content. The hotel is centrally located and in excellent condition. I look forward to staying there again on my next visit to Sandefjord.”
