This is the second time I have stayed here… I should have known better after the first time. But gave it another chance.NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. The hotel was booked solid. I paid $700 for 2 nights. Window overlooked a roof top. Scary people in the back alley when I stepped out for air. VERY LIMITED items for you in the room. A soap and a makeup remover. There was shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower, conditioner was empty. Only one non decaf coffee for the keurig. They only clean the room every 2 days. There was a million screaming children running up and down the halls. There was a BAR OUTSIDE THAT BLASTED MUSIC TILL 1 am. When I called down to say what the heck- the staff said “yeah sorry” that’s a bar across the street- nothing we can do. I had an exhausting day and was desperate for sleep- I asked to change rooms and they said “sorry the hotel is full” and did NOTHING. My friend was in a room in the same floor and was also miserable here. She waited 2 hours and several phone calls for towels and heard the music all night like me. This was the worst stay I have EVER HAD AND I STAY AT ALOT OF HOTELS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! No breakfast included. Terrible gym. There is a pool and hot tub but was taken over by children. STAFF WERE NOT HELPFUL- TOTALLY UPSET AT THE WASTE OF MONEY. Awful stay….

Nice clean hotel close to a bunch of restaurant options. Booked on Expedia which says they have a free airport shuttle. Hotel says they don't and Expedia knows about it and to submit a claim with them. Expedia says it's on the hotel to change it. So who knows who's right. But the LYFT and Uber drivers sure know about it cuz there's a dozen of them only 2 or 3 minutes away. Definitely would not have booked had we known there was not an airport shuttle. As a family of 6, trying to find a vehicle to fit us all was a challenge.

Blood on one of my pillows, not nice. Booked for 6 days, checked out after 2 days to go home early. Plane got canceled, and they wouldn’t let me check back in under the same booking. Luckily Westjet bought me one night and I had to pay for another. Won’t use Hilton again, even though it was the quietest room I’ve ever slept in.
