“Amazing house. Quiet, clean, and perfectly maintained”

“The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. ”

“The basement apartment was small but perfect for a place to sleep! Very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Parking right by the gate to the backyard. Anita is very nice.”
