“The property was not taken care of, run down, dirty! We stayed a total of 5 hours so my mother could sleep. Checked out early and didn't even stay in pigeon forge after dealing with the front desk it was a very stressful ruined the trip. The worst traveling experience I've had. Truly disappointed. I'm not sure where they can came up with their prices either you can get a newer clean hotel in the area for the same price! I was not the only guest who checked out early. “Nice location and it helped as my husband was very sick while we were there. I had to drive and the Teaster Back road helped me out with the traffic. The room was very clean, the view of the river nice. The bed was very uncomfortable, I never like the pillows and bring my own pillows from home. When we arrived no one was at the check in counter. We had to knock on the office door to get help. No smiles they acted like we had inconvenienced them to request help. We had a 4 pm check in time……
