“The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. “We had a really lovely stay at the Cart Lodge in early October. The hosts kindly left us some local bread, eggs, jam and biscuits which was a lovely welcome. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and warm. Firewood had been provided, however we didn't need to use it. TV had lots of options. It would be nice to have an earlier check in time than 4pm, but everything with the property and hosts was fantastic. ”

Parking spot includef, but beware that it is a considerable distance away near the top of a steep hill on Bishop St. Not a problem, just need to allow time for that. Dropping off luggage and picking up again at the end is possible (recommended) by driving directly to the front door. Tight lanes and roads double as pedestrian walkways in the center. "The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene.
