“I spent a week here in early September and was very impressed.In terms of location, it's about a 10-minute walk to the town centre and a further 5 minutes to the bus & rail stations. The Western Promenade and a Lidl store are literally just around the corner.The accommodation is very modern, clean and very well equipped (oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, TV). There's an open-plan living/kitchen area downstairs with a small 2-seater sofa plus a small dining table & 2 dining chairs.Upstairs……

“A lovely lodge in a great location. The wine, biscuits and milk welcome pack is a very nice touch. It is very comfortable and well equipped, although the shower door was difficult to use. It is in a very quiet and peaceful setting but within an easy drive of either Penzance or St Ives for those shopping essentials or going to the beach.”

“Ideal base for visiting this lovely part of Cornwall. We particularly enjoyed Tremenheere Gardens and St Ives. Penlee House is also well worth a visit, and Tanglewood is a tranquil haven if you enjoy a quirky and less manicured garden. Cottage hosts are on site and very welcoming and helpful.”
